As a broker with expertise in investment and property management, Ryan closed more than 150 REO properties between 2009-2012, managed hundreds of rental units, orchestrated 100+ investment projects from start to finish and has been a guest speaker at numerous California Association of REALTOR (C.A.R.) events.

With an education in entrepreneurship from Purdue University and the University of Southern California, Ryan has combined his experience and leadership strength to move the Kingdom Forward through Capital & Influence, his real estate brokerage as well through his property management company, Ottosen & Co.
Before founding Ottosen & Co and Capital & Influence, Ryan served his hometown of Lake Havasu City as a patrolman for the Lake Havasu City Police Department. Ryan also served his country as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps, serving in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Silverwake.
Ryan’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife, Traci, his children, Tristin, Trevor, and Mackenzie in their hometown of Glendora, California - Pride of the Foothills.When he's not working, you can find Ryan serving one of his two favorite ministries For Freedom Outreach or Leadership or you just might find him speaking at a local church event.
