Prior to working in Real Estate I spent 26 years in Sales and Marketing in the Sports and Entertainment Industry. My passion for sales, customer service and creating long term relationships was the driving force for my transition into Real Estate.

I am very knowledgeable of the Southern California market, having spent time in San Diego, Orange County, the South Bay, Pasadena, La Verne, Azusa and Glendora. Since 2005, real estate has been Ryan's professional focus. As a broker with expertise in investment and property management, Ryan closed more than 150 REO properties between 2009-2012, managed hundreds of rental units, orchestrated 100+ investment projects from start to finish and has been a guest speaker at numerous California Association of REALTOR (C.A.R.) events.

With an education in entrepreneurship from Purdue University and the University of Southern California, Ryan has combined his experience and leadership strength to move the Kingdom Forward through Capital & Influence, his real estate brokerage as well through his property management company, Ottosen & Co.
