COMPANY HIGHLIGHT: Community Partners

Partnering with our community is truly at the heart of what we do at Capital & Influence. There are so many great organizations who are trying to make a difference in our local communities who do we partner with, why do we parter with them, how do we do it?

All of these are great questions and usually the ones we get asked the most.

Why do we partner with them?

Maximum Impact is the short answer. We look for organizations who are impacting not only their targeted audience, but the byproduct of their mission is creating more impact in other areas.

For Freedom Outreach is on a mission to help recon, rescue, restore, and redeem the masculine heart. They accomplish by facilitating faith based gatherings throughout Southern California that lead men into an authentic transformation of their heart. For Freedom Outreach has maximum impact because as men have begun to get their hearts back, other organizations like Hearts of Beauty and a youth Leadership Course have been launched. Hearts of Beauty focuses on the restoration of the feminine heart, while Leadership is a 4 year faith based leadership development and discipleship course starting at age 13 graduating each participant around 18. Men are leading and the families are following; maximum impact.

McKinley's Children Center is on a mission to compassionately transform the lives of youth and families through innovative education, counseling, and social services; inspiring hope to achieve success. McKinley has been leading in these areas since the founding in 1900 and is located just around the corner in the city of San Dimas. With widespread ties to hundreds of individuals, families, and neighborhoods groups, McKinley provides direct services for some of the community's most vulnerable children and adults; maximum impact.

HELP US HOUSE: 50 Families in 2022

Your help here is greatly appreciated as we work through record shortages of homes to sell while having an abundance of qualified home buyers even though we have record high home prices.
