PASADENA EVICTION MORATORIUM UP FOR DISCUSSION
PASADENA EVICTION MORATORIUM UP FOR DISCUSSION
On Monday, April 4, 2022, the Pasadena City Council agenda will have the second supplemental emergency order up for discussion, and this emergency order only deals with the eviction moratorium, nothing else. The current emergency order for eviction moratoriums has no end date! The proposed action items for the Pasadena City Council will be to continue or terminate the eviction moratorium or to put an end date on the moratorium in Pasadena. Rental Property owners need to request an immediate termination!
Pasadena Housing Providers - Let Your Voice Be Heard!
The councilmembers and Mayor need to hear from us. We have a little over two weeks and a lot of work to do. Property owners can help by writing letters to the Mayor and Council Members and preparing talking points for the Pasadena City Council meeting scheduled on April 4, 2022. We need to reach out with phone calls and emails to every council member to tell them our stories and why we need to cancel this eviction moratorium immediately. Please do so in one or more of the following ways:
