At Leader of Men, we believe this: You can’t lead others into freedom if you’re still dragging your own chains. You can’t father sons, guide brothers, or disciple men until you’ve let God do open-heart surgery on your own soul.

And that’s where this starts—not with hype, but with healing.

In our culture, men are trained to conquer—but never taught how to become whole. We measure success by productivity, not purity. By grind, not grace. So what happens? We lead from our gaps, not our overflow. That ends here.

To truly lead like Jesus, we must submit every part of our lives to His refining fire. At Leader of Men, we walk through 8 critical areas of heart health:

1. Faith – Not just belief, but intimacy. Do you actually know the Father?

2. Mental Health – Have you confronted the voices, traumas, and patterns that run your mind?

3. Fitness – Your body is a weapon. Is it battle-ready or battle-worn?

4. Family – Are you leading at home, or hiding behind your calling?

5. Finances – Are you stewarding God’s provision or surviving in chaos?

6. "Five" – Your inner circle. Are the five closest men around you sharpening or suffocating you?

7. Job – Are you showing up as a Kingdom man in your nine-to-five or just clocking in with your soul checked out?

8. Business/Ministry – Are you building a brand, or are you building the Kingdom?

Every one of these areas requires more than motivation—they require a lens change. You’ve got to raise your lid by tearing down the lies and agreements you’ve made with fear, shame, pride, and self-reliance.
