How did we do?
There are so many good sayings out there when it comes to data collection; what is measured is improved, what you focus on expands, clarity is power. While you might have just reflected on your own favorite statement regarding your key performance indicators, we can both agree when we are talking about the real estate market, heck any investment market, understanding the market conditions and the metrics you want to measure is critical.
We like to track the real estate numbers monthly at a minimum and depending on the market climate we will begin to track them weekly. We have chosen the following KPI's to track as they provide an insight for traditional buying and selling of real estate, as well as investing in real estate.
