THIS WEEK IN REAL ESTATE:

This week we take a look at our key performance indicators (KPI's) to see what information we can gleam as we start to project out the month of February.


Our data set is all real property sold between Glendora and Rancho Cucamonga, California. 
The average sold home price is up 11.69% week over week, this is a good indicator of a plateau, or a possible monthly uptick in pricing for the month of February.  Next weeks numbers will provide a better indicator if this is a one off on sales price or a trend in the right direction. 

Supply is still a major issues, as in, there is none.  We are still operating with historic lows, in fact we enter into the month of February with less homes to sell than at the eight of the market.  Sellers, if you are considering selling your home we would love to earn your trust and your business.
