THIS WEEK IN REAL ESTATE: What is happening with the market?

The market is moving, of course it is we operate within a cyclical market so it is always moving.

I saw a recent report from the California Association of REALTORS which showed less than 19% of agents have sold a home in the last 30 days, however 22% of agents had opinions on what is happening, and what is going to happen with sales, pricing and listings.

One of my favorite things about our industry is we track all kinds of numbers so there is a lot of data. Let's take a look together at a quick video of where the market is at currently, with one week to go in the month of July.
